POLICIES
Service times may take longer than expected. Please have patience as these are learning experiences for the students. Instructors will help and guide the students to provide quality services. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests at TCOB.
ENVIRONMENT
TCOB strives to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests, students, and staff where their safety and security is prioritized. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. For this reason, we reserve the right to ask a disruptive individual to leave the establishment and may ask them to not return indefinitely.
CHILD GUIDELINE
Guests under 18 require a parent/guardian to be present during check-in. A parent/guardian must accompany a guest aged 5-12 during a service. As a safety precaution, adults who are receiving a service cannot have a child present with them during the service. Only guests who are receiving a service are allowed on the clinic floor (with exception to accompanying parents/guardians/caregivers).
GRATUITY
Guests are welcome to offer gratuity to students through methods directly to them. Gratuity cannot be applied to credit card transactions.
CANCELLATION
Appointments tardy by 10 minutes or more will be considered no-show and will be cancelled. After 3 consecutive no-shows, the guest will be placed on a walk-in basis only and will not be able to schedule future appointments until after 3 walk-in appointments.
PRODUCT RETURNS/EXCHANGES
TCOB accepts returns of unopened/unused product with the original receipts for a full refund. Unopened/unused product can be exchanged for different product with the original receipts. TCOB does not accept returns of opened/used product, but can only be exchanged for different product with the original receipts. All product returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
